This Week’s Fave: Go Easy! Protein Shake

This has made breakfast so easy for me, and makes for an awesome post-workout snack. I put a little crushed ice, a scoop of the Fiber Booster, 2 scoops of the Protein Shake – Chocolate, some strawberries (or a banana), and almond milk in one of my Magic Bullet blender cups and blend it for a few seconds. You can also just use powder and some almond milk or water and shake it up with this nifty shaker cup any time you want a snack. YUM! You really won’t believe how friggin’ delicious this thing is. You can add more ice to make it thicker and it’s like a milk shake, but without all those calories!

It’s incredibly creamier than other protein shake mixes and doesn’t taste like dirt, like the many I have tried before. All the ingredients are natural and good for you, and helps to suppress your appetite, build lean muscle, and stay healthy!

Oh how I love this. The sea algae extracts in this sulfate-free cleanser provide antioxidant benefits to help neutralize the toxicity of heavy metals. You can use it to wash your hair, face or body, an all-in-one perfect solution to the quick shower and seriously smells amazing. After washing hair, apply the Fortifying Hair Mask, leave it in for 15 minutes with a towel or shower cap around hair, and rinse clean. You won’t believe how silky soft your hair will be!

It’s so perfect for trips, now if only they had a travel size one for air travel and showering at the gym!

SeaSource Detox Spa Sea Mud Face & Body Mask

Right now this is my favorite product. It’s a little intense at first, but its tingle makes it feel like you’re being treated to a spa quality facial. Wash your face with the Rescue Wash, FC5 facial cleanser, or the RE9 Hydrating Wash, then pat skin dry and apply the mask to your face, keeping away from your eyes and mouth. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then run a hand towel under warm water, squeeze out the excess and leave it on your face for 1-2 minutes. Take in some deep breaths, and the moisture and heat from the towel will start to soften the mask. When you’ve felt rejuvenated enough, use the hand towel to gently wipe the mask away. Ta-Da! Help Haiti with Arbonne

The crisis in Haiti is more than just a nightmare, it’s a reality. We’ve seen it once too many times in the news, and it just feels like no matter how much we give, nothing is getting done any faster. Well, Arbonne is here to help. To feed the many hungry residents of Haiti, we’re selling Figure 8’s ready-to-drink protein shakes (case of 12) at cost for $25 (retails for $33) and sending them over to Haiti. Also, for every $150 of retail purchased, they will throw in another $5, so just 5 orders of protein shakes gets us another $5 to Haiti.
